About Me
I’m a Company Secretary, qualified through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with a strong interest in corporate governance, compliance and company law.
I’ve always been drawn to the structure behind how organisations actually work — the laws, the processes and the responsibilities that let a business operate with clarity and stay accountable for what it does.
Becoming a Company Secretary was never just about clearing the qualification. It’s about building the knowledge, the judgement and the attention to detail the role genuinely asks for — the kind that shows up in a well-kept register and a filing that is right the first time.
I’m at the start of my professional journey and still very much learning. What interests me most is how sound governance and thoughtful compliance quietly make an organisation stronger, and I’d like to spend my career getting better at exactly that.
